I am a freelance writer and editor who was a journalist for almost four decades for three different news organizations. I landed in New Orleans in 1996 at The Times-Picayune and was opinions editor there until 2019.

I'm not going anywhere. I have a deep love of New Orleans and can't imagine living anywhere else.
